Once your order is placed and processed, you will immediately receive a copy and a confirming email to keep for your records or to make changes if necessary. We will typically ship your order within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order! If we have any delay shipping your order, we will let you know.
Your order is shipped via UPS from our distribution center in Walnut Creek, California. Shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information after shipping as part of our customer follow-up.

Should you be dissatisfied with your WINE-STAT or UNI-STAT, you may return it at your expense within 30 days of receipt, in perfect condition. Email or call us for a return shipping address. We will issue a return to your charge card, minus the original shipping charge, if any, and a 10% restocking charge.
You may call us to exchange a product for another. You may return it at your expense unopened and in perfect condition to an address we provide – we will then send your exchange item to you and charge you the regular shipping charge.
